What is Oneworld?

Oneworld is a loyalty programme run by Loyalty Oneworld (Mauritius) Ltd. The programme is the largest in Mauritius, and comprises a number of partner companies including Intermart and 361.

How do I join Oneworld?

You can join Oneworld by signing up on oneworld.mu or downloading the Oneworld app. Once you’ve signed up, your can use the digital card on the app.

Where can I find out more about Oneworld?

You can check out the Oneworld website at oneworld.mu to find out more about the Oneworld loyalty programme and Oneworld’s other partners.

How do I link my Intermart card?

Link your card by going to oneworld.mu and choosing the ‘I have a card’ option. Then follow the onscreen steps.

About Personal Information

How do I update my Oneworld personal information?

You can update your personal information on oneworld.mu and/or on Oneworld app. For security, we’ll send you a code before making the change just to check it’s you.

Remember, we recognise you from your email address and mobile number, so double check they’re not used on another Oneworld account, otherwise you may receive an error.

About Points

Where can I check how many points I have?

Head to oneworld.mu and log in or register using your Oneworld card number to find out how many points you have. You can also use the Oneworld app on Apple and Android devices to check your points balance. Bear in mind that Oneworld points can take up to 30 days to show up on your account.

What do I collect Oneworld points on at Intermart?

You’ll collect Oneworld points on your grocery purchases at Intermart stores and online. There are some things that you can’t collect Oneworld points on, such as refunded transactions. You can find the full exclusions list at oneworld.mu.

Do Oneworld points ever expire?

Oneworld points expire 3 years after their acquisition. But if you don’t collect or spend any points for a year, we assume you no longer want to take part in the Oneworld programme and will close your Oneworld account

 

What are bonus points?

Bonus points are a special offer to help you boost your points balance and get to the rewards you want faster. To see what is available for you right now, just login to ‘My Oneworld’ or download the Oneworld app.

 

I haven’t had my Oneworld points and I signed up ages ago – who do I contact?

You should ensure that you have registered your Oneworld card and that your Oneworld account information is up to date. This can be done at www.oneworld.mu. Oneworld FAQs can be found at https://oneworld.mu/help/get-help/faq/.

 

How do I spend my Oneworld points?

There are loads of ways to spend your points — meals out, some holiday reading, or money off your next purchase at your favourite shop. There’s a great overview of ways to redeem on our website. Or download the Oneworld app to stay up to date when you’re out and about. Choose your reward and then swipe your card, spend online or use your voucher as instructed. Enjoy!

 

Is there a limit to the amount of shopping points I can earn by being Oneworld?

There is no limit.

 

How many Oneworld points will I earn?

You will earn 1 point per £1 spent in Intermart stores for each fuel on the Intermart Energy Fix & Reward tariff.

 

How do I collect my Oneworld points?

All you need to do is swipe your Oneworld card at Oneworld Partners’ till.

 

How will I get my extra Oneworld points?

Your bonus points will be added to your account automatically.

Intermart Privilege & Oneworld

1. I am already a member of INTERMART Privilege Card. Why do I need to register to Oneworld?

In the near future, all transactions will be done through your Digital Card only. E.g, Issue of Cash or Gift Vouchers will be done solely from your Digital Card. You need to register on www.oneworld.mu by inserting your National Identity Card (NIC) and Privilege Card Number to obtain your Digital Card (Barcode /QR Code)

2. Why do I need a valid email account to register to Oneworld?

All queries such as Lost Password and requests such as Statement of Points will be communicated strictly by email.
All confirmation of transactions such as Issue of Cash/Gift Vouchers, Transfer of Points to another Account (this will be possible in the near future) will be done by email.

3. I am already a member of INTERMART Privilege Card and I registered on www.oneworld.mu but I did not obtain any Barcode or QR Code. What should I do?

Go to MYACCOUNT > MYPROFILE and CHECK if the National Identity Card and PRIVILEGE CARD Number have been correctly inserted.
If not, Click on CONTACT on www.oneworld.mu and send your documented uery with your National Identity Card and Privilege Card Number OR
Bring your National Identity Card and Privilege Card to l’Accueil of any INTERMART outlet and make a request to check and update your contact details via the QUERY FORM.

4. Can I have a physical Oneworld Loyalty Card?

No, you need to register on www.oneworld.mu to obtain a digital card (Barcode / QR Code)

5. I am a member of INTERMART Privilege Card and I have multiple cards. Which card should be registered on www.oneworld.mu?

Assign a single Privilege card number to your membership.

You may go to Accueil and make a request to transfer all points from other cards to the one you assigned for your membership under Oneworld.
Users of secondary cards that are not registered under their name may make a fresh registration using their own National Identity Card on www.oneworld.mu. In the near future, it will be possible to Transfer Points between 2 different accounts.

6. I have an INTERMART Privilege Card but it is not registered under my name. Can I register on Oneworld using that card?

No you cannot register in Oneworld using an Intermart Privilege Card not registered under you name.
You need to make a fresh registration on www.oneworld.mu using your own National Identity Card.

7. I am a member of Oneworld Loyalty and I have a digital card (Barcode / QR Code). Can I still use my physical INTERMART Privilege Card?

Yes you can use both the digital card (Barcode / QR Code) on your mobile and your physical INTERMART Privilege Card.
However, in the near future, all transactions will be done through your Digital Card only.

8. My Digital Card is not scanning at the till. What should I do?

Maximize the brightness of the mobile screen and try again If the scanner at the cash still is not working, ask the cashier to type the Barcode number on the Digital Card.
It is recommended to keep a screenshot of your Digital Card (Barcode)
